Several terms and conditions apply when you book a trip with us.
Booking and paying your trip
Together with you, we will come to an agreement on the itinerary of your trip. After agreement, we will send you an invoice and our bank details (US dollar account with CRDB in Tanzania). We ask you to pay half of the costs within two weeks after booking. The other half at least two months before the start-date of your trip.
Although we will always try to avoid it, we reserve the right, to charge you (a part of) unannounced interim changes made by the government any time.
Our Cancellation policy
We understand that there may be reasons that may force you to cancel your trip.
Because we have to arrange quite a few things before your trip starts, we roughly have the following cancellation policy, amongst other factors depending on the cancellation policy of the booked lodges etc.:
- Cancellation refund at any time after agreement but more than one month before the booked trip: 50% of total price.
- Cancellation refund within two to four weeks before the booked trip: 25% of total price.
- Cancellation refund within two weeks before the booked trip: no refund.
We advise you to have a good cancellation insurance within your travel insurance to prevent high expenditures in case of canceling your trip.
We cannot be held responsible for bad weather conditions or political issues.
Physical and material damage
African Wildcats Expeditions Ltd cannot be held responsible for any damage – physical and/or material- occurring during any trips booked or done through African Wildcats Expeditions Ltd.
We advise you to visit your doctor for advice about vaccinations and malaria prophylaxes,
and to arrange an adequate travel and health insurance.
